How to prevent leakage of stainless steel quick couplings?
When the stainless steel quick coupling is used for a period of time, it is easy to malfunction, such as falling off, leakage and other problems. Before using the stainless steel quick connector, check the leakage. If it exists, stop using it and replace it with a new one. At the same time, confirm that the gas welding gun valve is closed before connecting.
When using, insert the hose firmly into the bottom of the interface and fix it with a hose belt or nut. Avoid using cracked hoses to prevent leakage and falling off. If vibration or impact occurs during use, stop working immediately. Forced work will reduce the durability of the machine.
Stainless steel quick joints must not be used for purposes other than joints, such as mixing with metal powder or sand dust, etc., which may cause failure or leakage. When using this type of stainless steel joint, it should be noted that the pressure limit cannot be exceeded, and the fluid used must be a clean fluid filtered by a filter without other impurities.
When working, the temperature should be controlled within the use range of stainless steel quick couplings to prevent wear or leakage of the sealing material. Never hit, bend, or stretch the joint artificially to prevent damage to the joint.
